Currawong Cottage is ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Set in beautiful forest surroundings, it is warm and inviting with a wonderful sense of intimacy. Sitting in your own secluded garden courtyard is the ideal place to relax and unwind while listening to the birds.

The cottage is exquisitely furnished with a grand four-poster bed that is so comfortable you’ll want to stay there all day. Immerse yourself in the romantic ambience by relaxing in front of the gas log fire or soak in the spacious and deep double spa. Add some extra romance by arranging to have it candle lit and bubble filled for your arrival.

There is a CD player, TV and DVD player for your enjoyment and a fully equipped kitchenette for your convenience. Breakfast provisions of local produce are included in your stay so you can stumble out of bed when it suits you. Awaiting your arrival, Currawong Cottage will be warmly lit with soft lights so you can leave your stress at the door.

    Minimum nights may apply to weekends and public holidays/long weekends, but single Saturdays do become available from time to time.

  • Massage and Spa Treatments A variety of massages, and spa treatments, are available in the privacy of your cottage, by appointment.
  • Other extras We can also arrange flowers, cheese platters or chocolates with wine to be waiting for you in your cottage.
  • Bookings A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
  • Changes to your booking Your booking may be transferred to another available date subject to a service fee of $50 and any applicable price increases due to change of days/dates.
  • Cancellations We hope you don't have to cancel your stay at Cambridge Cottages, however, if we receive your cancellation in the specified timeframe, the following policy applies:

    21 days or more before your arrival date - A full refund will be given if your cancellation in writing is received by us at stay@cambridgecottages.com.au

    7-21 days before your arrival date - A refund of 50% of the total stay (your deposit amount) less a service fee of $50, will be given if cancellation in writing is received by us at stay@cambridgecottages.com.au

    Less than 7 days before your arrival date - Unfortunately no refund can be given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and the full amount owing will be charged to your credit card. If we receive a subsequent new booking to replace your cancellation, a full refund may be given, less a service fee of $50.

    Extenuating circumstances We may waive our cancellation fees in the event of an extenuating circumstance. Situations in this instance would include serious illness, injury or the death of an immediate family member, catastrophic or severe weather and fire danger (Extreme and Code Red days), and either damage or unforeseen maintenance issues at our premises, rendering your accommodation unfit for use.
